This Fort Worth home hadn’t been updated in decades, so we gave the kitchen a fresh, new look with a more open layout. We replaced the old peninsula with a new island and added pantry cabinets for extra storage. Light-colored cabinets, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash brightened up the space, while removing a load-bearing wall made it feel even larger. We carried new LVP flooring throughout the downstairs and swapped out the dated wood paneling for sheetrock and fresh paint.
This kitchen feels so much more open and welcoming. We love how this one turned out!
